Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and damaged item. We will gladly help arrange a replacement.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the personal, small-batch, and hygienic nature of artisan soap products, we cannot accept physical returns on opened or used soap bars.

Your skin’s happiness is our priority. If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase or have an issue with a specific scent blend, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
